Lamb Sliders – Ad Lib, Glasgow

Recently I attempted the mighty burger challenge from Ad Lib in Glasgow’s City Centre, which consisted of 3lbs of beef, 1lb of cheese and salad all packed inside a giant toasted burger bun. It is without a doubt the biggest burger that Scotland has to offer and as previously reported, I could only manage half of it before finally tapping out. However, that same day, James vs. Burger’s resident photographer Pamela decided to sample what are perhaps Glasgow’s smallest burgers – three delicious lamb sliders.

As you can see from the photo above, these lovingly prepared sliders are served up with three different toppings (a different one for each burger) consisting of houmous, feta cheese and halloumi.

Each slider was perfectly cooked and the various toppings gave the dish a very mediterranean feel – perfect for a warm summer afternoon lunch.
